Prime Pitch buys Arnhem apartment complex

13 juli 2018

Prime Pitch Asset Management has completed the purchase of an apartment complex in Arnhem, The Netherlands, consisting of 40 rental units with low to mid-level rents. The apartment complex is placed in a residential fund with a long-term investment horizon with a core-plus strategy. The multi-family home is located in the district Rijkerswoerd, atop of the recently renovated, district shopping center in Arnhem-South.

The housing fund was set up in close cooperation with Wilton Family Office in Breda, for a limited number of wealthy families. Prime Pitch is also responsible for asset management.

The purchase fits in Prime Pitch's strategy, which is aimed at long-term direct rental returns with an exposure to the housing markets of medium-sized cities. The housing complex will be held for a longer period, while an optimization of the rental flow is being pursued.

The financing was provided by ING Real Estate Finance. The seller, a private investor, was advised by Uniek Makelaars in Apeldoorn. The legal support was provided by Dirkzwager's notary office in Arnhem.
