Prime Pitch and ADSR unveil construction sign for 73 sustainable apartments in Vlissingen

On the former site of glass wholesaler Prins in Vlissingen, Prime Pitch is developing the new residential project Singelkwartier together with construction company ADSR: 73 sustainable apartments along the Singel. Today, both the construction agreement with ADSR and the purchase agreement with Studio ZE – the initiating project developer – were signed. With this, Prime Pitch fully takes over the developed plan and the associated land.

In addition to the signing, the construction sign was festively unveiled at the building site, immediately increasing the project’s visibility in the city. Alderman Boonman performed the official unveiling. The event was attended by representatives from all involved parties, including realtor Arthur Aerssens.

Singelkwartier offers energy-efficient apartments (energy label A+) ranging from 55 to 141 m², with storage space and a private parking spot. Prices range from €234,000 to €599,000.
Sales will start in July through Aerssens & Partners real estate agency. A festive sales event will take place on July 10 at Boulevard 17 in Vlissingen. Construction is scheduled to start at the end of 2025, depending on the pace of sales.
