• Rutger Nooij

  After studying economics at the University of Amsterdam (real estate and corporate finance), Rutger Nooij worked at ING Real Estate Finance, both in the domestic and foreign markets. After ING, he gained experience in asset and property management as manager of Dutch real estate portfolios. At the IBUS Company, Rutger was responsible for the asset and portfolio management of the UK retail funds, German residential funds and a Dutch mixed fund. Before founding Prime Pitch in 2009, Rutger gained experience in real estate fund management and investor relations, at ECC Invest.

• Sjoerd van der Zandt

  After studying Property Management at the Technical University in Delft, Sjoerd van der Zandt worked as an asset manager at Foram Management (shopping centers in Southern Europe) and as a property manager at Catella Property Consultants. He was subsequently responsible for the Dutch real estate portfolio at Generali Vastgoed. Before joining Prime Pitch, Sjoerd worked at the IBUS Company, where he was responsible for the German real estate funds. He was also director of the IBUS office in Singapore.

• Alexandra Bongers

  After her studies in Real Estate Management & Development at the Technical University in Eindhoven, Alexandra worked as a real estate consultant at Cushman & Wakefield and TwynstraGudde. At Prime Pitch she has been active as asset manager of various Dutch real estate funds since the end of 2020, with an emphasis on residential and retail.
