Prime Pitch Asset Management takes over the management of the Ridderduin portfolio

Prime Pitch Asset Management has taken over the management of the Ridderduin portfolio, consisting of shops located in prime retail locations. The portfolio is made up of assets with mostly retail use, with a total area of ​​approximately 3,500 sqm. The stores are generally located on prime locations in smaller to medium-sized towns in the Netherlands. The portfolio also consists of a separate office building.

This mandate matches the focus and the growth ambitions of Prime Pitch. The management goal of Prime Pitch consists of optimising the rental income through active asset management, as well as from further improving the portfolio’s composition. Prime Pitch provides the commercial and financial management for the portfolio. The technical management remains with DCV Advies. Prime Pitch is a real estate company active in the field of asset management and investments. The focus of Prime Pitch is on residential and commercial real estate investments in the Netherlands and Germany and it provides asset management services for third parties. Prime Pitch acts as initiator, manager and co-investor of (private placement) real estate investments. The company also provides strategic consulting services in the field of real estate.
