Prime Pitch sells 11 single-family homes Rijen to Leystromen

Prime Pitch Asset Management has completed the sale of a package of single-family homes in Rijen. The buyer is the Leystromen housing corporation. It concerns 11 homes that are all rented out in the social rental segment.

The properties in question were acquired by Prime Pitch in 2017 as part of a larger portfolio of both social and mid-priced rental properties. Previous attempts to sell the homes to tenants failed. The asset manager then decided to sell the residual package to the Rijen housing corporation. The purchase fits well with Leystromens, which is further rejuvenating the portfolio. Earlier this month, Prime Pitch also sold 40 apartments in Arnhem to a housing corporation.

The transaction was supervised by KIN Makelaars from Rijen.
