Prime Pitch sells 40 Arnhem apartments to Portaal

Prime Pitch Asset Management has completed the sale of a housing complex with 40 apartments in Arnhem-Rijkerswoerd. The buyer is the Portaal housing association. The residential complex, consisting of three-room apartments and conveniently located on top of the Rijkerswoerd shopping center, fits well within Portaal's portfolio. The majority of the homes are let in the afforable rental segment.

The complex was acquired by Prime Pitch in mid-2018 for a closed fund for clients of Wilton family office. During the operating period, the rental value was optimized through targeted investments and active management. In addition to the successful optimisation, the company benefited from the favorable valuation of residential real estate. After an investment period of approximately 4.5 years, the asset manager decided it was time to dispose of the complex.

The transaction was supervised by abc Capital and Core Notariaat.
