Prime Pitch sells 95 student residences in Breda

The complex, which was acquired by Prime Pitch at the end of 2015 shortly after completion, comprises 95 living units, 8 communal kitchens and a communal lounge area. The building, called DONK !, is conveniently located near the city centre, educational institutions and shopping facilities. Prime Pitch equipped the roof with 266 solar panels in May 2017, which means that the building provides over 50% of its own electricity consumption.

The sale was prompted by the strong market for residential real estate in general and the favourable development of student housing as an investment category in particular. Sales took place on behalf of a group of clients of Wilton Family Office, united in a private fund.
