Our Portfolio. Zutphen

In 2017, a portfolio consisting of 62 homes and four commercial units in Zutphen was acquired from a housing association. The homes are located in 7 complexes in the historic city center. The investment strategy is aimed at keeping the historic buildings in good condition, adding value where possible, and optimizing the rental income. A non-core property from this portfolio has since been sold after the lease agreement with the sitting tenant, a nursery, was extended for a period of 10 years. Another non-core retail residential property has also been relet and sold. Finally, a residential retail property in the city center was purchased in 2020. Most of the homes are let in the social rental segment.
