Our Portfolio. Former post office Zutphen

The former post office is located on the Stationsstraat corner of Molengracht in the center of Zutphen. This large corner building with attached glass stair tower was built in 1954 as a post office on behalf of the Government Buildings Agency. The building was designed by Gerritsen and Cramer in the traditionalist forms of the Delft School.

Since 2010, the post office is no longer in use as such. Sushi restaurant HAI is located on the ground floor and GGNet is located on the upper floors. There are 28 parking spaces in the rear parking lot.

Prime Pitch took over the building in September 2022, with the intention of transforming the office space into residential apartments. There is room for the development of approximately 45 apartments and studios. The location of the building is unique and very central: both the station and the historic city center are a stone's throw away.
