Our Portfolio. Zutphen IJsselkade

This iconic office building is being redeveloped on the IJsselkade in the historic Hanseatic city of Zutphen. The object was purchased in the spring of 2022 and will be transformed in close collaboration with ROQ Vastgoed, whereby three spacious residential apartments will be realised with a view of the river IJssel. The coach house at the rear is also expected to be transformed into a high-quality city home, or be put up for sale with a transformation plan.
