In the spring of 2022, Prime Pitch took over the residential/care center 'De Westhoek' in Zevenbergen, from Estea. The residential complex comprises 141 residential apartments and consists of 5 building parts. On the ground floor is a generously sized common room. The common areas are operated by Surplus. This care provider offers a complete range of residential care, home care, treatments and well-being. It is a regionally operating organization with eleven locations in West Brabant.

The residential/care complex is set up in such a way that both residents and people from outside can use the common areas for meeting and activities.

The investment strategy is aimed at sustainable and long-term exploitation and optimisation of the value drivers.
