Mixed use real estate investment, built in 2012, consisting of approx. 16,500 sqm of floor space with shops and offices as well as a nursing home with 133 rooms and a parking garage with 400 spaces. The property is located on the Holzhalbinsel, right next to the center of Rostock (210,000 inhabitants), and with a view of the Warnow River. The property is fully let with long-term leases. The property was acquired in 2013.

This investment was based on a defensive strategy with a long investment horizon. The property was sold in September 2020, after an investment period of almost 8 years, to a fund of aik Immobilien Investments.
