Prime Pitch is responsible for the asset management of the Ridderduin retail portfolio. This portfolio consists of approximately 10 retail properties in good (A1 and A2) retail locations in smaller and medium-sized towns in the Netherlands. Some of these objects also include residential units. The strategy for this portfolio is aimed at improving the rental value in the longer term, phased expansion, and renewal of the portfolio, while striving for a better balance between retail and residential investments.
