Student complex with 95 residential units near the city center of Breda, the Netherlands. The building was built in 2015 and acquired shortly after completion. The studios are rented out to individual tenants through campus contracts.

This investment was based on a defensive strategy with a long investment horizon. The property was sold to a private investor in 2019, after an investment period of 4 years.
