Nursing home measuring approximately 5,700 sqm with 134 places, 12 intensive care units and 10 units for assisted living. The listed building, completely renovated in 2012, was acquired by Prime Pitch in 2014. The building is fully leased for a long period to a renowned operator of nursing homes.

This investment was based on a defensive strategy with a long investment horizon. The property was sold in January 2022, after an investment period of more than 7 years, to a fund of Hemsö, a Swedish institutional investor.
