In the summer of 2019, Prime Pitch acquired 38 apartments in Zaandam from a private investor. The 38 rental apartments in Zaandam are scattered over two apartment complexes located next to each other on the Hollandsch Diep in Zaandam. Both complexes are in the Het Kalf district (Zaandam-North). The houses were built in 1977 and are very much accepted, both for rental and sale. A sales strategy applies to these homes: the homes are sold upon termination of the lease.
