Our Portfolio. Shops Zutphen

At the end of 2022, a portfolio was acquired from a local retailer/investor, consisting of 4 retail spaces and 2 upstairs apartments in the center of Zutphen. The properties are located in a good shopping position within the core shopping center of this historic city: Beukerstraat, Korte Beukerstraat and Turfstraat. One of the objects is located right next to a retail/residential building that was already in the portfolio. There is space on the upper floors to realise 10-12 dwellings.
