Our Portfolio. Apeldoorn

In the summer of 2019, Prime Pitch acquired 155 homes in three residential towers in Apeldoorn, from a property fund managed by Annexum. The towers were built in 1973 and each have 17 residential floors with 4-room and 2-room apartments. In view of the age of the homes, the strategy is aimed at improving the quality of living in the individual homes through targeted investments and renovations on the one hand. On the other hand, the aim is to achieve sustainability through building-oriented measures, whereby the energy performance is substantially improved.
