Housing association Ieder1 sells 62 homes in Zutphen to Prime Pitch

Housing association Ieder1 sold 62 homes and four commercial units in Zutphen. The houses are divided over 7 complexes in the historic city centre of Zutphen. The buyer is an investment fund of Prime Pitch Asset Management. Capital Value advised Ieder1 on the sale. Prime Pitch was assisted by Eminent Real Estate. The legal support was provided by the notary office of Houthoff Buruma.

The housing association decided to sell this part of its portfolio on the basis of its strategic portfolio policy. Chanine van Kleij, Specialist Housing Associations: "Because of the beautiful location in the city centre, both regional and national investors showed interest in the properties".

For buyer Prime Pitch, this purchase is in line with the desire of investors to invest in residential properties in medium-sized cities. The strategy is aimed at a long-term direct return, combined with the possibility to add value to the portfolio. The homes in Zutphen form the starting portfolio of a larger housing fund and have been acquired full-equity. Prime Pitch expects to announce an expansion of the portfolio soon.
