Prime Pitch buys former post office Zutphen

Prime Pitch Asset Management has completed the purchase of the former post office in the center of Zutphen. Since 2010, the post office is no longer in use as such. Sushi restaurant HAI is located on the ground floor and care party GGNet is housed on the upper floors. There are 28 parking spaces in the rear parking lot.

The building was acquired by Prime Pitch with the intention of transforming the office space. The location of the building is unique and very central: both the station and the historic city center are a stone's throw away. Seller is a consortium of private investors.
