Asset Manager Real Estate

Prime Pitch is active in the field of asset management and real estate investment. Prime Pitch's investment focus is on residential investments in the Netherlands and Germany, as well as on healthcare real estate in Germany. We also carry out the asset management of a retail portfolio in the Netherlands.

We act as initiator, manager and co-investor of (private placement) real estate investments. We often work with family offices, their clients, and other professional investors with a core-plus and value-add strategy.

As an Asset Manager you are versatile and you form a small team, in which you work closely with the management team of Prime Pitch. There is a lot of room for personal responsibility and development.

Activities / tasks:

• Responsible for the asset management of several real estate portfolios.
• Implement investment and portfolio strategy.
• Managing external property managers and brokers.
• Drawing up internal reports and advice for management.
• Prepare reports for investors.
• Supporting purchase and sales processes and investment analyses.

Desired skills and expertise:

• Academic intellectual ability.
• Relevant experience, for example gained with an investor, asset manager, financier or real estate company.
• Financial and commercial insight.
• Analytically strong, but also pragmatic.
• Energetic and enterprising and able to act independently.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel).
• Strong verbally and in writing and socially skilled.
