As from July 1st, 2010, Mr. Sjoerd van der Zandt joins the management board of Prime Pitch Asset Management in Amsterdam.
For the past 3,5 years, Van der Zandt (1972) has been working as (senior) asset manager Germany and managing director Asia at The IBUS Company. Before, he worked at Generali Real Estate, Catella Property Consultants and Foram Management.
Prime Pitch Asset Management has been established in 2009 by Rutger Nooij (1973), formerly with ECC, The IBUS Company and ING Real Estate. Mr. Van der Zandt will be director and co-owner of Prime Pitch, next to Mr. Nooij.
Prime Pitch focuses on asset management for professional real estate investors. Besides, the organisation advises on portfolio strategies and investments analyses and is building a direct property portfolio for a select group of investors.
